Etota StrangeLove Chamomile Fizz > Etota Non-Alcoholic Bittersweet Aperitivo, lemon juice, chamomile tea, agave nectar, wonder foam, soda, served in a highball with vanilla dust. 

 

High ball/Flute

45ml Etota Non-Alcoholic Bittersweet Aperitivo

30ml chamomile and lemon tea (brew chamomile tea and add a slice of lemon, infuse until cool)

15ml agave nectar

6 drops wonder foam/15ml aqua faba 

StrangeLove Soda Water to top

Vanilla dust top 

 

Shake all ingredients apart from the soda, double strain into a highball or flute glass. Allow the foam to settle, slowly pour the soda in the middle of the drink until the foam rises about a 1cm above the rim. Dust with roasted vanilla*. 

 

*Roast a vanilla pod in the oven at 220c for 2min, crush and dust through a fine sieve to garnish.
