Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We have a 3PL delivery parter in Melbourne Australia who uses a courier network to deliver throughout Australia. We use Australia Post for any regional addresses that a courier cannot deliver to, as well as PO Boxes and all other countries outside Australia. 

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $69 Australia-wide, and flat rate Standard Shipping of $8 for orders under $69 Australia-wide. Australian standard shipping orders are expected to arrive 1 - 4 business days with our courier partners and 2 - 8 business days to all other addresses that require Australia Post shipping, subject to Australia Post Delivery Timeframes outlined in their Terms & Conditions. 

Express Shipping costs $10 Australia-wide. Express Post delivery is same day or next day delivery to all metro areas, and 2 - 3 days to regional locations. 

These shipping times are a guide only and your delivery may arrive outside of these timeframes due to external events including Covid-19 related restrictions, public holidays or busy periods including Christmas. 

We deliver internationally with Australia Post for $15. The delivery time for international orders is typically 10+ business days. Estimated delivery times are between metro areas of major cities and excludes any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control. Country specific delivery times are available online at auspost.com.au. 

If you need to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please email orders@sauced.shop with your order number and updated address. We cannot guarantee this will be possible as your order may have been dispatched, however we will do our best. 

When you place an order, you will receive an email order confirmation. After your order has been dispatched you will receive an additional email with your delivery tracking information. If you have not received this email please contact orders@sauced.shop. 

As our product is fragile, Etota can sometimes get damaged in transit. If this is the case, please email orders@sauced.shop within 48 hours of receiving your product with your order number and we will arrange a replacement to be sent.
