SHIPPING + RETURNS
Our warehouse in Melbourne, sends Etota with the Australia Post Wine Service throughout Australia, with specialised handling and. transport techniques to reduce the risk of damage.
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $69 Australia-wide, and flat rate Standard Shipping of $10 for orders under $69. Australian Standard Shipping orders are expected to arrive between 2 - 8 business days, subject to Australia Post Delivery Timeframes outlined in their Terms & Conditions.
Express Shipping costs $15 Australia-wide. Express Post delivery is 1 - 3 days to metro locations and 3 - 5 days to regional locations.
These shipping times are a guide only and your delivery may arrive outside of these timeframes due to external events including Covid-19 related restrictions, poor weather conditions, public holidays or busy periods including Christmas.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia right now, but are in the process of setting up a warehouse in the United States to open up international shipping in 2024.
If you need to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and updated address. We cannot guarantee this will be possible as your order may have been dispatched, however we will do our best.
When you place an order, you will receive an email order confirmation. After your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your delivery tracking information. If you have not received this email please contact email@example.com.
As our product is fragile, Etota can sometimes get damaged in transit. If this is the case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your product and we will arrange a replacement to be sent.
Etota offers FREE RETURNS within 30 days of purchase if your item is unused and in the same condition that it was when you received it. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on opened or used products. Please email email@example.com to organise your return.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved, and the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 - 7 business days. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risks are the responsibility of the sender. Our products are fragile so please ship the bottles or cans with sufficient packaging to ensure they do not break in transit.
